Excellent article. Afghanistan has always been a mystery to me, largely because it is so much about male dominance, which I oppose everywhere. In my view, the people who suffer the most from this ignorance are the men, not the women. Neither Afghanistan nor America will heal and flourish until the feminine voice is honored and included.
