Excellent article, as always. As a relatively new member, I have a hard time following some of your argument because I don't know the events and details that underlie it. But I feel the energy: it is not whiney, it is just sad, like a formerly good relationship coming to an end. I'm fortunate, I guess, in that I did not join Medium for the money (though I wouldn't have turned it down) but rather to be heard about a few things. The frustration I do have is that what I write does not seem to be shown to anyone. I don't understand how Medium works.
