This is classic illegal age discrimination. I represented more than one client in your position. The woman's lower salary and qualifications and the recent history of dismissal are strong facts in your favor. Your biggest problem will be that the courts, which have always been pro-corporation (judges tend to be former prosecutors or members of large firms), are much more so of late.
